World of Warcraft, in its many infinite good ideas just dropped this gem on the world: The new Scroll of Resurrection!
So basically, what I’ve been joking about for a while now is true. You can get a level 80 just for logging into your old WoW account. Throw in the free upgrade to Cataclysm and you are inches away from the nail in the coffin on Free-2-Play. It’s really kind of sad. I mean to be this giant, that almost prints money with all the other ideas they’ve had, now hemorrhaging subscription cancelations. This is almost beautiful in a way, to see the mighty Blizzard falling on their own sword (figuratively speaking). Next up, Blizz giving away free full level 85 accounts with all 10 classes on them. Am I doing this right?
