Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe #3
Previously on Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe (add your own spokesperson voice), Deadpool‘s already fragile mind has been altered by the tiny mastermind Psycho Man before Deadpool ceased his plan for world domination. Now, as Deadpool carves his way through the Marvel universe, not even the Fantastic Four or the Avengers can stop Deadpool’s serial bloodlust, and the X-Men are next on his list.
Deadpool isn’t dumb, in fact, as crazy as many people think he is, he’s actually the only man with a plan in this crazy weekly series. Everyone else, included Professor X are just pieces in his, what appears to be, perfect killing spree. The X-Men in Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe #3 become victims to their own training grounds, and Xavier tries to enter the most dangerous mind of all, Deadpool’s.
Deadpool’s suit is beginning to look a little ragged, fighting and surviving against the Fantastic Four and Avengers will do that, I guess. The body count continues to rise, and in Part III, Deadpool barely has to lift a finger for any of them. Wolverine, who was presumed dead in a past issue, obviously comes back, and he and Deadpool have another entertaining and bloody battle. It was mostly entertaining due to Deadpool’s costume choice of wearing Beast as a hooded cape.
Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe is a weekly series that you should be reading. It’s quickly coming to a close so I would catch up on past issues now. Deadpool may be killing everyone he sees, but he’s also being hunted by The Taskmaster, so this could get interesting.
