Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe #4
In the previous three issues, Deadpool managed to thin the hero ranks of the Marvel universe by killing off the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, and then the X-Men. His unapologetic approach to assassinations has left many other heroes and villains to either seek refuge or commit mass suicide. In Part IV Deadpool has his sights set on something much bigger than the Marvel universe itself.
The Punisher tries his hand in this final issue of Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, and shocker, he doesn’t survive. This issue was the most jaw dropping, showing the Black Widow getting shot in the crotch by the Shocker, galactic heroes and villains floating lifelessly in space, a very strange fight between Deadpool and the Taskmaster, and an appearance of a very unlikely anti-hero. It was all quite exciting and ends better than I could have ever imagined it. The second run for this four part series is coming, so I suggest you hop on the bandwagon if you haven’t already. Deadpool has broken the fourth wall, and you should be concerned.
