Black Kiss II #2
Black Kiss II is being brought back in force by it’s writer, artist and creator Howard Chaykin. His relentless enthusiasm for his book can be found at the end of issue 1, where you can also tell he’s not your average comic book writer. Black Kiss II explores the dark world of early 20th century eroticism. The book is already banned in Canada and the UK, but thanks to our sweet, sweet constitution you can be subject to this strange and unforgiving book.
The Ron Burgundy meme, “Boy that escalated quickly” works perfect with Black Kiss II #2. What was first a very erotic book, written like poetry, and perceived as something with a deeper meaning, turned into something of almost pure evil. The succubus is in much more control than previously believed. It’s a being of pure hatred with the only intention to spread more evil…with semen.
Black Kiss II #2 reads a lot like a “Tijuana Bible”, there’s a lot of oral, some included from a donkey show, cross dressing, gay sex, murder, and penis disfigurement. I use disfigurement lightly since a guys dick gets bit off and spit into his face. You read that sentence right, bit off and spit in his face, I think a guy lost his dick in the first issue to, I can’t remember and I’m in no place to look it up unfortunately. You’ve been warned, this book is serious business, it’s not for the light of heart, and get ready to trip like never before. Howard Chaykin wants your soul.
