I don’t know about you, but I have been waiting all year long for this one! Activision finally decided to let us in on their little secret! And I now pass it on to you!

Skylanders: Giants will be released on October 21st, 2012 which will mark the day all Portal Masters and their families are thrown back in to turmoil as the great hunt begins all over again!
Some questions remain unanswered as to how many will be released on day one? Will there be artificial scarcity like the first game? Will there be a ton of special edition figures?! Who knows! But one thing is for sure, you had better act quickly because I’ll be at the store buying up whatever figures you can’t pry out of my clutches!

To add even more hype on the Skylanders plate, the newest character trailer has been released for Giants with Swarm, the Air Skylander Giant. He appears to have a ranged projectile as well as the ability to throw boulders at enemies, but I’m not quite sure what else this guy can do apart from buzz around….Air Element isn’t exactly my favorite, I prefer Earth or Life!
At least we know the wait won’t be for much longer, and as we round out the 3 star walkthrough series, its ending can only be another step towards the ultimate goal which is 100% in Skylanders Giants so stay tuned!
