Here’s a first look at a terrifying survival horror title coming from Red Barrel Games, Outlast. Outlast will put you in the shoes of journalist Miles Upshur and have you breaking into a recently re-opened insane asylum. Inside you’ll discover much more than sick patience.
Red Barrel Games is claiming this game is in production with franchise veterans of Assassin’s Creed, Splinter Cell and Uncharted, and boasting a terrifying experience. The trailer looks very similar to the cult phenom Amnesia, but at a very faster and frightening pace.
Outlast is slated to arrive on Steam summer of 2013.
