Irrational Games released the newest BioShock Infinite “Beast of America” trailer early this morning. I’m sure plenty of people have doubted it’s new release date, but the trailer reassures the BioShock faithful that Infinite will indeed release February 26 of next year.
Irrational Games was also sure to insist that the entire trailer was in-engine footage, which of course looks beautiful and shows off some of the newest Sky-Hook mechanics and early footage of Elizabeth playing “wingman”. A part of me is soured about having another game with another unneeded companion, but I’ll remain optimistic since it’s a new BioShock title coming from the Ken Levine.
BioShock Infinite will release for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on February 26th, 2013 and will have a very limited Ultimate Songbird Edition. For those curious, the song in the trailer is Beast from Nico Vega.
